Services We Provide

    As part of our service, client companies hosting a minimum of 25 Temporary or Seasonal workers from our company have the option of hosting a Client Liaison. This manager may be provided by us, or may be appointed from within the client company (based on their recommendation). Client Liaisons are trained to perform a variety of duties, including recruiting, new employee orientations, employee counseling, participate in safety meetings, and take care of employee terminations.

Our PermaTemp program allows clients to hire one of our employees on a contingency fee basis. We take care of all initial recruitment, screening, and testing needs before he or she is sent to our client. The employer then has the option of continuing on a temporary basis, or hiring the worker directly and including them on the company payroll.
